This unique blend combines 50% Brazil Minas Gerais coffee - with its rich, nutty flavours and subtle chocolate undertones, and 50% of our house decaf coffee*.


Carefully roasted to enhance its natural sweetness, this half-caff blend offers a balanced, medium body that satisfies your coffee cravings, while providing a gentler caffeine kick. Perfect for an afternoon cup or a lighter morning brew, the Half Caf Blend ensures you savour every sip without overdoing the buzz.


*Our decaf offering can vary depending on what's in stock. First choice will always be the Brazil Swiss Water for this blend, however this may to a suitable alternative decaf we have in stock if the Brazil is not available.

Brew Ratios:

• Espresso: 18g coffee in, 36g coffee out in 30 seconds.
• Filter / v60: 18g coffee, 300ml water, 4 mins brew time.
• French Press (cafetiere) 18g coffee, 300ml water, 4 mins brew time.
• Aeropress (Inverted method): 17g coffee, bloom 100ml water for 1 minute, top with 150ml, plunge slowly @ 3 mins for 30 seconds.

Note: If ordering ground for Aeropress, we recommend ordering filter grind.
