A plantation shaded by the natural forest canopy, a canopy which holds an abundance of local plant species and fertile breeding grounds for birds and small mammals. A classic sun-dried Mexican washed coffee giving it that signature nutty, brown sugar taste you find in most Mexican arabicas. We've roasted this on the slightly darker side which produces a clean tasting finish and medium body, which combines beautifully with milk to produce great lattes and cappuccinos.
