We launched Good Vibes Coffee as a mobile coffee van, and as long as she'll let us we're clutching onto those roots and still offering it as a service as part of our offering.

Rochelle is our self-built, self-sufficient 1977 Peugeot J7 coffee van, she does us well for all manners of events and we also have a mobile coffee cart setup for indoor and smaller events too.

How does hiring work? 

Theres typically two types of service we offer, one is a prepaid 'open bar' type setup. This is common and more geared towards private or prepaid events where there is no charge to the guests. Weddings for example is a popular one for this.

Open bar / Prepaid service

We charge a flat rate as a hire service, based on a half day (up to 4 hours) or full day service (4 hours +) and then a price per head for the number of guests. This price is a flat rate price at a reduced menu rate to keep things minimal for you.

Cash till event / Pay per drink

We call this a 'cash till' but we take cards too, but it's the easiest way to explain this one. Essentially for this type of event the customers are paying for the drinks. This is common for public events such as shows & festivals.
